The Chorlton Wheelies are competing in their first full season in OCM and are slowly starting to find their feet amidst a chaotic Division 8.
The teams progress thus far has been steady, they've chosen to target specific races to explore the potential of their young squad.
An early Team Captain has emerged in the form of the young and talented Lancelot Svenson. The Englishman's Time Trialing abilities have come on immensely since he first turned pro and resulted in a first race victory for The Wheelies in the Stade ITT. As well as his prowess against the clock, Svenson can also mix it when the gradient ramps up, making him a potentially dangerous GC contender of the future.
This weekend Svenson competes in the Dingo TT where he made his debut last season, finishing a respectable 14th. This time around he'll be hoping to eclipse that with a top 5 result.
Shimon Saint provides an experienced head in the team, passing on his vast knowledge to the younger riders, he's also picked up some good results for The Wheelies ensuring their steady rise through a crowded field in the lower divisions.
